Skydance names new board with Kotick, Powell Jobs and Blair

Skydance announced Ynon Kreiz, Laurene Powell Jobs and Bobby Kotick will join as directors and Tony Blair as board adviser, according to its 5 October statement via PR Newswire. David Ellison will chair the board and continue as chairman and CEO, the company said. The announcement accompanied completion of Paramount's acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery, the company said.
