
Labour-Green Cooperation Unlikely After Zionism Vote
Labour is now very unlikely to work with the Greens, Labour figures say, after the Greens voted Oct. 4 to define Zionism — support for Israel as a Jewish state — as racism and to back one Palestinian state replacing Israel. Chair Bridget Phillipson called it shameful, ending pact talk before the Oct. 8 Holborn and St Pancras by-election.
