Arrest Over Suspected Terror Planning Linked to RAF Fairford Incident

Police arrested a 25-year-old with both British and Iranian citizenship on Oct. 1 over suspected preparation of terrorist acts under Section 5 — the British law covering planning attacks — linked to Sept. 27 events at RAF Fairford in western England. Counter-terrorism police say he has since been released on bail while the investigation continues.
