Paramount completes Warner Bros. deal, taking Avalanche, NetherRealm and Rocksteady

Paramount said it completed its US$111 billion acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery in an announcement dated 6 October 2026. The deal brings Avalanche Software, NetherRealm and Rocksteady into the group. Avalanche's Hogwarts Legacy sold more than 30 million copies. No closures, cuts or cancellations were announced.
