Paramount Completes $110B Warner Bros. Discovery Purchase, Becomes Skydance

Paramount completed its $110 billion purchase of Warner Bros. Discovery on October 6, 2026. The combined company is called Skydance, listed on the stock market as SKYD, and led by CEO David Ellison. It now owns HBO, CBS News, CNN, plus streaming services and studio operations under one roof.
