Democrats lead GOP by 12 points on congressional ballot

Registered voters favored Democrats over Republicans for Congress by 12 points in the NPR/PBS News/Marist poll, NPR said Oct. 6. The congressional ballot question asks which party voters back. Forty-five percent said their vote was against President Trump, compared with about a quarter who said it was to support him.
