Messi announced as majority owner of Spanish second-division Eldense

Lionel Messi has been announced as majority owner of CD Eldense. The Spanish second-division club confirmed the deal on 1 October, subject to authorisation from Spain's sports council. The 39-year-old now owns a side one step below La Liga.
