Garfield used Stanislavski technique to prepare for Altman role in Artificial

Andrew Garfield told The Hollywood Reporter he used a Stanislavski technique studying what Altman says about others and what others say about him to play Sam Altman in Luca Guadagnino's Artificial. He told the outlet he spoke to as many people who know Altman as possible before its premiere at the 2026 New York Film Festival.
