Mountbatten-Windsor search-warrant challenge set for private hearing on Thursday

Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor has permission to seek judicial review, a judge-led check on lawful decision-making, of February search warrants for Marsh Farm and Royal Lodge. Mr Justice Hilliard hears the case on Thursday, initially in private, as Thames Valley Police seeks restrictions on court papers. Police and the Central Criminal Court oppose quashing the warrants.
