U.S. Pulls B-1 Bombers From RAF Fairford After Threats

The United States has pulled about a dozen B-1 bombers — long-range heavy aircraft — from RAF Fairford in Gloucestershire back to bases in America. President Donald Trump attributed the decision to 'some threats,' saying Washington knows who made them. The base is under counter-terror investigation after suspicious vehicles were reported Sept. 27.
