Gemini Books Group has acquired the assets of Publications International, reported 5 October 2026. An asset deal, meaning the buyer takes titles, brands and ongoing operations, leaves the corporate shell behind. Founder, publisher and chief executive Marcus Leaver leads the enlarged group, according to Publishers Marketplace.
