Flydubai Pauses Tel Aviv Flights After Alleged Seizure Attempt

Flydubai has paused Dubai-Tel Aviv flights after passengers and crew stopped an alleged 30 September bid to seize Flight FZ1073 with 182 people aboard. The UAE prosecutor general alleges co-pilot Hammam al-Hammami, described in media as Omani, stabbed the pilot with a crash axe — an emergency cockpit tool. The airline says the case is still under investigation.
