
Knights of Ku Klux Klan shortens name to The Knights Party to grow base
The Knights of the Ku Klux Klan, founded in the 1970s by David Duke and led since 1989 by Thomas Robb, has shortened its name to The Knights Party. Al Jazeera reported from Boone County, Arkansas on Oct. 5, 2026 that members say the change, framed around family and faith, is intended to grow its base.
