U.S. Pulls Long-Range Bombers From RAF Fairford After Alleged Plot

The U.S. has flown its B-52 and B-1 long-range bombers home from RAF Fairford in Gloucestershire after an alleged terror plot. Dozens had been based there since the war with Iran began. Britain links the late-September incident to Tehran, which denies involvement. All six arrested suspects have been released on bail.
