Freddie Mercury notebook sells for $365,904 as auction's top lot

A notebook of Freddie Mercury's handwritten lyrics and notes sold for $365,904, including buyer's premium, the fee added to the winning bid. Rolling Stone on 2 October reported it as the highest-selling lot on day one of Propstore's Spring Music Memorabilia Live Auction. It includes material from his debut solo album Mr. Bad Guy.
