Labour releases AI plan, says data centres must pay own way

Labour has published its AI Action Plan ahead of New Zealand's election campaign, RNZ reported on 2 October. The party says data centres — large buildings that house computers for AI — must pay their own way. Spokesman Reuben Davidson said AI is likely the biggest industrial change of our generation.
