Lambert says she and Underwood outlasted male-dominated 2010s country

Miranda Lambert said she and Carrie Underwood should get a ribbon for surviving male-dominated 2010s country. In a New York Times Popcast clip posted on Oct. 1, she said for at least seven years they were the only women in the format. She said she started in the early 2000s wanting to be known for songs, not crop tops.
