Russia is using American-built artificial intelligence — software that can create music — to make and spread songs praising its invasion of Ukraine, the New York Times reported Oct. 2. The songs work as propaganda, messaging meant to build support, in Moscow's war against Kyiv. Washington and Silicon Valley will likely face tough questions about controlling these general tools.
