De Luca and Abdy to leave Warner Bros. when Paramount deal closes

Michael De Luca and Pamela Abdy will exit as Warner Bros. chiefs when Paramount Skydance's $110 billion purchase of Warner Bros. Discovery closes on Oct. 6, Variety reported on Oct. 2. Multiple sources told Variety the pair will not join incoming owner David Ellison's management team. Variety said Puck first reported the exit.
