Judge allows Paramount to close $111 billion Warner Bros acquisition

A U.S. judge allowed Paramount to close its $111 billion Warner Bros. acquisition, Yahoo Finance reported on 30 Sept. Variety reported on 1 Oct the merger is set to close on 6 Oct, one day after Ynon Kreiz starts at Paramount. Yahoo Finance also reported Paramount aims for more than $6 billion in savings linked to the deal.
