Marvel's Wolverine and Ghost of Yotei first to offer QSSR on base PS5

Sony announced Quick Spectral Super Resolution (QSSR), an AI upscaling system for base PS5, on 1 October 2026. Marvel's Wolverine and Ghost of Yotei are the only launch titles, each with a patch adding QSSR as an optional graphics setting. Sony says it improves image detail and stability, and will offer it to all PlayStation developers.
