Middle East oil exports are back to before the war, analysts told the Wall Street Journal on September 30. Producers used detours — other pipes, ports, and passing oil between ships at sea — including Saudi Arabia's reopened East-West pipe. In my view, this should help petrol prices, though shipping danger remains.
