Oil down 2.5% as Middle East exports recover

Oil closed down 2.5% Tuesday after JPMorgan estimated Middle East crude exports bounced back to 17.5 million barrels a day, 98% of pre-war levels. That should mean cheaper petrol if it lasts. I doubt it holds until U.S.-Iran talks resolve, with 20% of world supply passing through Hormuz, Reuters reports.
