Judge dismisses Baldwin's Rust lawsuit on prosecutorial immunity

U.S. District Judge Kea Riggs dismissed Alec Baldwin's malicious-prosecution lawsuit over the Rust shooting case, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Riggs ruled special prosecutor Kari Morrissey has absolute prosecutorial immunity because the alleged misconduct fell within official duties. Baldwin alleged evidence was concealed to pursue him for political gain.
