Bradley Whitford wants West Wing limited series, urges Sorkin to write it

Bradley Whitford told Variety he wants The West Wing back as a limited series, meaning a short run with a set ending. He said he will push creator Aaron Sorkin to write it. No scripts exist and no network is attached, Whitford said. The NBC drama ran seven seasons from 1999 to 2006.
