OpenAI's Luna-based tool makes scored choices in 150ms

OpenAI's Decisions API uses the small Luna model to answer a developer-set question. It picks one preset option and returns a confidence score, in 150 milliseconds. Options can be image labels or agent actions, letting software make split-second choices.
