Cerebras to Supply 750 Megawatts of AI Compute to OpenAI by 2028
Cerebras has signed a multiyear deal to provide OpenAI with 750 megawatts of computing capacity from 2026 to 2028. The deal uses Cerebras's wafer-scale systems — chips built at full-wafer size for AI work — supplied both on-site and via cloud. CEO Andrew Feldman will discuss compute and power limits at TechCrunch Disrupt 2026's 'Can AI Keep Scaling?' session.
