Amazon MGM Studios plans bigger swings on local-language genre films, executives Javiera Balmaceda and Nicole Morganti said at Iberseries & Platino Industria in Madrid, Variety reported. Balmaceda leads international originals — shows and films commissioned outside the US — for Latin America, Canada and Australia; Morganti for Italy and Southern Europe. They cited 'Zeta' and 'Venganza' as examples.
