Willis puts Labour shortfall at $18.8b, $2,263 per household a year

Finance Minister Nicola Willis says Labour's spending promises exceed its funding by $18.8 billion — about $2,263 a year in extra tax per household. Labour finance spokesperson Barbara Edmonds says "The bill doesn't exist". Labour says it will release its fiscal plan, its tax-and-spend totals, after the pre-election update.
