Willis says Labour promises would mean extra tax

Finance Minister Nicola Willis says Labour has promised $18.8 billion more in spending than it has paid for, or $2,263 a year in extra tax for each household. Labour finance spokesperson Barbara Edmonds says "The bill doesn't exist". Labour says it will share its full spending and tax plan after the official pre-election books update.
