HBO's Casey Bloys poised to lead combined Paramount-WBD streaming

Variety reported 29 September that HBO chairman and CEO Casey Bloys is poised to lead streaming across the combined Paramount and Warner Bros. Discovery. The same report says Paramount Skydance is days away from closing its $110 billion acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery. It also reports Cindy Holland, who runs Paramount+ and other Paramount streamers, will step down.
