Netflix unveils trailer for The New Stanford Prison Experiment, due Oct. 21

Netflix has unveiled the first trailer for The New Stanford Prison Experiment, Variety reported Sept. 29. The unscripted series, meaning it follows real people rather than actors, runs six 45-minute episodes from Oct. 21. Thirty volunteers enter a real prison for two weeks, randomly assigned as guards or prisoners, according to Netflix. Variety lists Alfred Street Industries as producer.
