Alleged ShinyHunters Leader Arrested Over 140 Corporate Breaches

Dutch police arrested a 24-year-old Amsterdam man on September 15 accused of leading ShinyHunters, a hacking crew blamed for corporate data theft. The FBI links the group to more than 140 breaches, including Ticketmaster, AT&T and Pornhub. Announced September 29, he will be held at least 90 days on criminal-organization charges pending investigation.
