Live Nation to appoint Chewy lawyer Da-Wai Hu as general counsel on 2 November

Live Nation will appoint Chewy General Counsel and Secretary Da-Wai Hu as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary on 2 November 2026, the company said in a 25 September filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission. He succeeds Michael G. Rowles, top lawyer for 20 years.
