Home Team brothers seek $150,000 and co-write credit from Dupri and Jacquees

Van and Patrick Watler filed on Sept. 21 accusing Jermaine Dupri and Jacquees of copying lyrics and melody from their 1992 'Pick It Up' as Home Team in the 2023 single of the same name. They seek $150,000 in statutory damages, fixed sums set by law, plus an order adding them as co-writers with a publishing share, songwriting royalties.
