SiMa.ai Raises $150M to Scale Chips for On-Device AI

SiMa.ai closed a $150 million Series C on September 28, 2026, valuing the San Jose company at $1.45 billion. The round, co-led by Fidelity Management & Research Company and Amplify, brings total funding past $500 million. SiMa.ai makes chips and software for on-device AI — processing directly on robots, drones and cameras rather than in the cloud.
