Instinct Raises $1B at $10B Valuation for AI Agents

Instinct has raised $1 billion in Series C funding, valuing the company at $10 billion, it confirmed September 28, 2026. Sequoia Capital, Benchmark Capital and Coatue participated. Founded by Noah Shinn, the startup builds AI agents — software that can complete tasks on its own — and launched its invite-only service in August 2026.
