Deadly Avalanche Hits Himlung Himal Base Camp in Nepal

An avalanche hit base camp on Himlung Himal, a 7,126-metre peak in Nepal, on Sunday, killing at least two people. At least 10 were rescued, while 12 to 14 workers are still missing. Eight guides are searching in bad weather, with reinforcements on the way. The dead were flown to Kathmandu on Monday.
