Shaboozey makes VMAs debut with 'Cowgirl' and Gunna duet

Shaboozey made his MTV Video Music Awards debut in Los Angeles on Sept. 27, 2026, Billboard reported. He opened with “Cowgirl” from The Outlaw Cherie Lee & Other Western Tales, released July 31 via EMPIRE. Gunna joined on stage for his guest verse on “High Noon” in what Yahoo Entertainment reported ahead of the show as its first broadcast performance.
