Tree Kills NYC Housing Employee in Brooklyn During Nor'easter

A 56-year-old New York City Housing Authority employee was killed September 26 when a tree fell on him in a Brooklyn parking lot during the September 26-27 nor'easter, a powerful coastal storm. He was pronounced dead at Brookdale University Hospital. The storm brought damaging winds, flooding and outages from North Carolina to New England.
