Bangkok Declares All 50 Districts Disaster Zones After Flooding

Bangkok's governor declared all 50 districts a disaster-affected zone on September 26 after three straight days of heavy rain flooded large parts of the capital. A disaster zone is an official label that lets the city direct emergency help and funds where flooding has hit.
