Egypt rest Salah for South Sudan qualifier over artificial turf

Egypt have left Mohamed Salah out of the squad for the Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against South Sudan in Juba on 29 September. The Egyptian FA said head coach Hossam Hassan rested him because of the artificial turf. The plan was agreed with Salah before the goalless draw with Angola to protect him.
