Kyle says Burnham government must act faster on growth

Peter Kyle said Andy Burnham’s government must show “more urgency” on growth. The former business secretary spoke to the BBC’s Laura Kuenssberg ahead of Labour’s conference in Liverpool. Mr Kyle, now a backbench MP — an MP without a ministerial job — for Hove and Portslade, was sacked in Mr Burnham’s reshuffle, a shake-up of ministers, two months ago.
