Lost Surfboards opposed Lady Gaga's $232,000 legal fee request in a 24 September filing, after a judge dismissed its claim that her Mayhem album infringed its surf trademarks. Billboard first reported the filing. Gaga's lawyers sought payment for 150 hours' work. A hearing is set for 15 October. The company is also appealing the dismissal.
