US Senate passes two pilot mental health bills after The Rehearsal season two

The US Senate passed the John A. Hauser Mental Health in Aviation Act and the Aviation Medication Transparency Act, Deadline reported on 25 September 2026. Both followed HBO's The Rehearsal season two, which campaigned on pilot mental health and cockpit communication between pilots and co-pilots.
