Jevmem gives Claude Code automatic project memory

Jevmem gives Claude Code automatic project memory, storing decisions, constraints, bugs and todos in a file called JEVMEM.md. It saves notes at the end of each turn (using the Stop hook) and inserts relevant notes into each new prompt (using UserPromptSubmit). Installation is with npm install -g jevmem, then init connects the hooks in .claude/settings.local.json.
