TalkTalk Nears Opus, PXC Sales to Avoid Administration

TalkTalk says it is close to selling its consumer arm to Opus Broadband for £100m and its wholesale unit PXC, which sells network services to other firms, to Octopus Investments. Announced Sept. 25, 2026, both deals are expected imminently and aim to avoid administration, an insolvency process, and save 900 jobs.
