TalkTalk says imminent Opus and PXC sales would avert administration

TalkTalk said on Sept. 25, 2026, it was in the final stages to sell its consumer business to Opus Broadband for £100m and wholesale operation PXC to Octopus Investments. It expects to conclude both imminently. The planned sales seek to save 900 jobs amid the threat of administration.
