Mexico president says BTS will return in 2027, group yet to confirm

Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum said BTS will return to Mexico in 2027. She spoke on Sept. 24 alongside South Korean President Lee Jae-myung at the National Palace. BTS had not confirmed the visit at the time of Billboard's Sept. 25 report. The group played three sold-out May shows at Mexico City's GNP Seguros Stadium after a nine-year absence.
