Paramount-WBD $110 billion takeover on track to close within two weeks

Paramount's $110 billion takeover of Warner Bros. Discovery was on track to close within two weeks as of 24 September, after settlement of two antitrust lawsuits, meaning cases alleging harm to competition, Deadline reported. The same report said a federal judge delayed a hearing to review the settlement.
